The HP 92 has been disassembled, fully inspected for any problem areas such as possible leakage, thoroughly cleaned including printhead nozzles, and all worn components have been replaced. A fresh supply of ink has been added before resealing, and then the C9362WN underwent a process which is then tested making the HP 92 as equivalent in performance, print quality and page yield as it was brand new.

I'm pleased with both black and color cartridges. It does appear, however, that my iMAc does not report that the capacities are full. I get "low ink" readings. Otherwise, all is good.

Found some of the tapes BLANK but substituted immediately.

I was disappointed to see I ordered remanufactured - but it was my error. I find they do not last very long so I don't think they are a good buy even with costing less - you have to buy more often

I've been a customer for many years and have had no problems with the products. Same quality as HP without the price jump. I've also used the self refills and this tends to be much more difficult to get them to work properly.

This product is pretty good for the price. The main drawback is that it doesn't allow my HP C3135 to display the ink level when a printing command is executed. I would recommend this as a fairly good product with that one exception I noted above.
