I've used LDPRODUCTS in two different printers for over 10 years without a problem. Of course, taking the used cartridges to STAPLES and recieving a $2 coupon for each one further increasing their value to me. They have always been very responsive to whatever problem I had (I received the wrong cartridges once, my mistake). A great company and service.

This color seems to last amazingly long. I rarely have to replace it but when I do, I know LD inks help to keep my printer going and gives a professional look. My brochures look very professional using this ink.

I have not used my current order but previous orders have worked like OEM (HP) cartridges. Only issue I have is telling my printer to ignore the notification of the cartridge being out of date. That's the only issue I have with these products. Otherwise, work great. The savings is worth it. Less than half the price of HP's cartridges.
