I bought this as an unpackaged one previously purchased leaked ink in its bag. Not good. Otherwise, no problem with print/photo quality and good price.

My printer seems to love Magenta ink. I ordered the multi pack and a single cartridge of magenta. The refill worked right out of the box, had a full ink load, quality ink (no smearing, smudging, spots, etc.) and was reasonably priced. In the past I have purchased my refills from the Chain Office Stores and have had problems with my printer recognizing their refills. Not so with LD Products. Having something that just works the way it is supposed to is a great thing! Will order again!!

Fast turn-around on orders every time I've purchased from LD Products. I really appreciate being able to buy relatively inexpensive ink cartridges and have them show up so quickly. Some may tell you that these are "generic" cartridges and may not work well. Not so! Printing quality has always been just as good as OEM.

LD by far makes the highest quality alternative to the manufactures ink that I have tried. I print photos, graphics, architectural plans, and text as well as the HP ink. Also once you buy once there are frequent offers for free shipping, and always free shipping on orders over $50. A $50 package would last me a year. The only downside to LD ink is water - The ink has absolutely no tolerance for moisture. Yes all inkjets will bleed from a water droplet but the LD bleeding is extreme - if one breathed on in too long it might bleed. I have had printed directions become illegible in parts going thirty feet from the house to the car in a light rain.

I love the savings and the efficiency of LD Products. I only have a slight complaint and that is "I would like to see them improve the ink cartridges so that it does not smear if water happens to touch the printed material". Other than that minor complaint, I love the product, price and prompt service received from LD Products -- they are very accommodating.

HP - my printer keeps telling me to replace the new cartridge do to an expired date. Are you aware that these cartridges have a date that is read by the printer as it turns on?

Dear Patrick, thank you for giving us feedback about the expiration dates on the Remanufcatured HP 02 ink cartridges. We are aware that some cartridges will read as expired. This is due to the fact that they are remanufactured. If a printer says the cartridge is expired all one has to do is press the "ok" button on the printer a couple of times. The printer will accept the cartridge and keep printing and even show the correct ink levels even if the chip is expired. If have any trouble using our cartridges then please give us a call at 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and one of our representatives will be able to assist you.

Perfromance is as good as HP branded products.
I have compared both the LD and HP print outs side by side and can't tell the difference.
My only grip is that LD does not supply their products in the larger volume cartridges.
