I get great usage from your remanufactured ink cartridges and, the quality of the ink is awesome. My pictures look crisp, no color "bleeding" and come out just as great as using OEM ink. You cannot tell the difference in number of pages printed, color quality or fade resistance from your cartridge versus an OEM product. Excellent product!

I purchased all three colors and the color is off when using this ink. To be fair I'm not sure if it's all the colors or just one. The yellow looks a lot differant in color than the Xerox ink.

The ordering process was smooth and without any surprises. The ink functions well and comparative to the OEM product. Delivery was quick and there was no shipping cost, which is outstanding. My only con is that to receive a discounted price you must order three of each color. It would be great if the customer was allowed to choose a mix of different colors in the order to get the same discount.

Perfromance is as good as HP branded products.
I have compared both the LD and HP print outs side by side and can't tell the difference.
My only grip is that LD does not supply their products in the larger volume cartridges.

I have not used my current order but previous orders have worked like OEM (HP) cartridges. Only issue I have is telling my printer to ignore the notification of the cartridge being out of date. That's the only issue I have with these products. Otherwise, work great. The savings is worth it. Less than half the price of HP's cartridges.

I've been using LD Cartridges for my HP Photosmart printer for almost 3 years now. They are a great value, and work just as well as the "Genuine" HP cartridges. Actually better, because they contain more ink, and so they last much longer. When printing color photos on this printer, it uses a ton of ink, so that is important. My very first order had a cartridge that wasn't recognized by my printer (they contain a chip), and the person in customer service got me a replacement in the mail that day. Great service!! Haven't had a single problem with them since then. I can't recommend this company and their product enough. I have recommended them to several friends who have switched, and they are very happy with them too.
