I've purchased lots of cartridges from this company for several years for myself and for my university printers. The price is good however there have been occasional failures due to the ink not printing and failure of HP printers to recognize the cartridges. The low price has compensated for the few cartridge failures which is why I've given these cartridges a recommendation and an average quality rating.

I like your prices and I like your quick service. The only problem that I have had with the black ink cartridges is that my printer indicates that the cartridge is out of date and I have to depress the right arrow button and the ok button. An annoyance but for the price I live with it. Is there anything you can do about the date?

I do a lot of printing of pictures,invitations and other flyers. I use alot of ink so when I see a good deal I order plenty and it is a good deal for the quality that I am getting. I have told my friends about it and have ordered them some in with my order. Always free shipping. My friend had a problem with one of her ink cartridges and her the LD customer support talked and they sent her a new ink and an evelope to send the bad one back in. Took care of the issue with no problem at all. We keep coming back!

At first I was skeptical that refurbished cartridges would be as good as the originals. Never fear. LP cartridges are excellent. They never clog, skip or leak.
However, the main advantage is the price. I no longer have to worry about how much ink I'm using. I will never buy cartridges from a big box store again.

I can't comment on any of the cartridge's performance as yet, because I order more ink before what I have runs out. That is what this order was. BUT, I did make comment that the last two black ink 02 cartridges I opened up here did NOT work in my HP All-in-One Photosmart printer. The message I got was that they were "expired". Yes, I had had them for awhile, but they were sealed and I haven't had trouble with other colors. I thought I might hear back from you on that report, but I have not. At the time, I had to run out to WalMart and purchase a new black 02, which is working fine.

Installed this cartrige and could not get it to work. tried another and it worked fine. this is not the first time this has happened with varies other cartridges. buyer beware

We are so sorry to hear that you have had trouble with our Remanufactured HP 02 cartridge. From time to time HP machines can be stubborn to recognize some chips on the cartridges. The machine may need to be reset to allow the chips to recognize correctly. This technique has worked for many customers and may be worth a try to see if we can get those working for you.
1. remove the problem cartridge and turn the printer off
2. let it sit empty and unplugged for about 10 seconds
3. take a lint-free cloth and gently wipe the gold colored connection area on the cartridge to ensure a clean connection
4. plug the machine back in and turn it on
5. reinstall the cartridge
If you are still unable to get the cartridge working in your machine, please contact our customer service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a representative will be happy to set you up with a reshipment or instruct you on how to send it back for a refund.
