Have not used this particular unit yet, because it was purchased as a back-up for the one currently installed. However, I can say with absolute certainty that I'm 100% pleased with this company's products. I have purchased toner, drums, and inkjet cartridges many times over the last few years. On only one occasion did I receive a bad toner unit. The company promptly sent me a return shipping label and a replacement via standard UPS standard delivery.
Another plus: I've had about three inkjet printers (which I use for copies, scans, etc.) die over the years. Because I buy supplies ahead, I've got unused, unopened LD product on the shelf. LD promptly sends me a return shipping label, and let's me apply the refund to a different model of ink cartridge.
Bottom line: You can't beat it.

I have a Brother HL-1440 laser printer. The starter cartridge began printing grey pages where they should be white. I cleaned both the drum and the toner roller and rolled the toner roller in both directions. But the pages continued printing with this grey haze. I debated whether to just buy a new printer but decided to try a compatible cartridge from LD Products. It was less than $30 for a high-yield one. I installed it and the pages were clean once again. I recommend LD Products!

When I put these cartridges in my printer and tried to print the pages came out with black smudges and the info I was trying to print only showed up faintly on about one fourth of the right side of the page. I had ordered 3 cartridges, to get the better price, and I tried all three and got the same terrible results. I was forced to reinstall an old used cartridge that still had a tiny bit of toner in it. The same page now printed perfectly clean and readable. So it wasn't the printer or the drum causing the issue.

I have used this product in my business for 6 years and it does a very good job. I have had problems with no more than 3 toners and they sent me out another one to replace it, with no problem, and quickly.
I would highly recommend product. I get quality printing, and high yield, I am very satisfied. I have also used the drum with very good results.

First, this toner cartridge would not work with the LD Brother compatible drum that was ordered and sent at the same time. I had to get a Brother brand drum.
After using the toner cartridge for a little over a month it started to make an annoying, unpleasant squeeking sound when printing.

I have four printers that use this toner cartridge and have been using LDProducts for two to three years now. I have ordered about a dozen or so of these toners from LD. They ship quickly and have taken care of one faulty ink jet cartridge quickly and fairly. Occasionally a toner will squeak and squeal. If it is constant it becomes annoying. In general, I think these toners tend to be a little noisier than the Canon OEM but I nothing I can not live with. I find them a very good value.

The toner cartridge does not fit the drum for my 4750e. I have to insert a piece of cardboard forcing the cartridge into a snug fit with the drum. Failure to use the cardboad results in a printed page that's about 80% blank.
