I was told that recycled cartridges bought elsewhere had ruined my old Epsom printer. I bought a new "outdated printer from Amazon and , because of cost, decided to try your cartridges. I used a set of black ones and have been satisfied, so now am about to start with all colors

I have had no problems using these replacement ink carts in my CX4800. Packaging is fine, and the read immediately. The only thing I've notice is perhaps I need to clean the heads more often. Not sure if that the ink, or that we simply don't print a whole lot. But for average $5 per cartridge, versus $15, I don't mind extra cleanings now and then. They results look great, even for the occasional photo.

My printer could not read the ink levels remaining so it was hard to find the "low cartridge when the light went on. I wasted time and ink trying to get a shoe set of cartridges to work on my Epson c88+. Had to return them all. Product just does not work for me. Had to move on.

one of the yellow ink cartridges leaked inside its protective cover. The ink level for this cartrige after installing was much less than the others.

The Cyan cartridge did not work in my printer. I returned the entire package as defective. These reconditioned cartridges are one-fourth the cost of new cartridges, but if they don't work what's the point? I replace these with new cartridges, which worked just fine. I am buying new cartridges in the future.

I received to ink at my house as stated.
Packaging was in good condition.
The first cartridges I use only one would work. The black and red showed as not installed. The blue showed full and the yellow showed as half full.
If this is a typical sampling of their product it does not bode well for there quality control department.
Today I will try to call LD products and see what their response is.
