The magenta for the epson printer leaked out in the protective liner. This was on the previous order.

I am sorry to hear our ink cartridges did not work for you. Anytime our cartridges do not work please give us a call at 888-321-2552 for troubleshooting. If we can not get it to work a reshipment can be issued for the defective product.

In the last month I purchased 10 caridges plus one replacement. From all 11, only 2 were at the appropriate quality. One came with ink leaked in the plastic envelope, the others DO NOT REPRODUCE RED COLOR PROPERLY.
All these cartidges came with new design of the packing box and in pink plastic envelopes inside the box.
Obviously there is something wrong with this supplier
