The cartridge I replaced was new but when I installed it, the utility said cartridge expended. So I bought another and this one worked fine. I don't think the chip was reset on the previous cartidge.

I always use LD Products when ordering ink cartridges. I used to go with other companies and the ink cartridge always ran out of ink quickly. LD remanufactured cartridges last a long time. It seems I just order them and I get them in the mail. Super Fast shipping. I would recommend them highly. Don't bother to look for other companies.

I have bought remanufactured ink from LD a number of times and can state I am overall quite happy. While I find I have had to replace the cartridges a little sooner than with new cartridges, the cost savings still make it well worthwhile. I have had some problems with a couple of cartridges, but each time LD has replaced the faulty cartridge quickly and their customer service is excellent. I have been happy to recommend LD to friends.

I have tried many on-line ink refill products in the past, and there are so many of them that give good prices, but when the ink smudges and smears on the printed paper, it is of no use to me.
