Top quality as usual (my third or fourth) order......service cannot be topped - I order on Day 1 and typically have it on Day 2 -always well packaged and did I mention that the price beats the OEM price by almost 60%? Why would you order any other way?

Arrived in a few days and was very well packaged for rough handling. Installed without any problems, ran printer test and was very pleased. The instructions included a hint to avoid possible drum streaking. This only took a moment while the drum/toner assembly was out for the exchange. Been looking for a cost effective, GOOD quality toner supplier. I found them at AD thanks to their promo on WSB radio late Sat night.

This toner cartridge exceeds expectations. We have had a few cartridges that exhibited some problems being recognized by the printer, but removing and re-inserting the toner into the drum unit and replacing it in the printer fixes the problem. Great value for the price!!

I would recommend this to a friend - cost wisely- because it's very affordable and cheap. However, I would not recommend it 100% - although it's very cheap but the printouts are dirty - like it has dots, blotches and smudges.
