will continue to buy....very good product, only a couple of problems, had three refills , that would not work no matter what I tried. Customer support is excellent, one of the cartridges was replaced free of charge and postage(excellent cust. svc) to avoid problems of refills drying up, I will buy less quantity(2 or less), but will buy more often to maintain freshness.

MY NEW CARTRIDGE DOESN'T LOOK NORMAL ---THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT IS POOR. MY OLDER ONE USED TO PRINT BETTER QUALITY IMAGES.
ALSO,
MY RELATIVELY NEW COLOR CARTRIDGE (THOUGH PURCHASED EARLIER BUT INSTALLED RECENTLY) DIDN'T PRINT AT ALL. mAY BE THE INK WAS DRIED OUT, THOUGH, THE LEVEL SHOWED 3/4 TH FILLED.
i WONDER, THESE REFILLED CARTRIDGES HAVE SHORTER LIFE TIME COMPARE TO NEW ONES????
