I have not had any problem so far with the color cartridges. In general, I have found that the black cartridges don't seem to last very long. The first cartridge of the latest group of three simply did not work at all. It printed weakly at the top of the page and dwindled to complete lack of ink shortly down the page. I did get ink on my fingers when I opened the package, so all of toner may have already leaked out. I will have to test the others and perhaps send the whole lot back for a refund.

With the exception of a little residual ink left on the cartridge, I have no complaints. I loaded into my printer and started printing immediately. Very good quality.

The black cartridge does not register as present in the printer. Therefore the printer will not even try to print thinks. I will return it for replacement.

I like LP Products but I am having trouble with the ink containers The first one, the ink was leaking inside the sealed package. LP quickly sent another with a return label. BUT this one is leaking inside the mailer big mess. I waiting until Monday to call Customer Service. First ever bad experience with LP Products. Expect a favorable out come

The price is attractive but the unknown is the amount of ink in the catridges. Compared to other refill products the price offers a decent savings so the question remains, does the customer get the same or more ink per refill cartridge or less? It is difficult to monitor the usage to make that determination day-to-day.

the first ink cartride did not work I called your office and a very pleasant lady answered the phone. I told her the problem and without further runarounds
she sent a new one with a return slip for the bad one.the seco9nd one worked and I am very satisfied

I haven't put latest purchase in the printer yet, because my previous LD Z53 black ink purchase just goes on and on. I personally like LD Products product better than Lexmark. Keep up the good work!
