I've tried different brands of compatible products but ended up getting some with defects. It is true company replaced them but it was not worth the hassle. Since I used LD products, there was no return. I've been using it for more than five years now even when I changed printers. I recommend this company to my friends too.

The toner cartridges from LD Products are significantly cheaper than OEM and work just as well. Add that together with free shipping if you don't need it right away and you save significant money.
Had one incident were the cartridge was defective and they sent a replacement right away with a return label. They understand customer service.

I've always wondered if remanufactured toners would be as good as the new ones...After reading all the great reviews, I decided to try it for myself.
