The ease of use to install these cartridges, I have been a customer for several years. I would have to pay 60% more if I bought this same product froma retail store or from another online dealer.

The older version of ink cartridge was much easier to use, you just install it and you're ready to go. But this new version of ink cartridge says you have to tilt it to fill the ink reservoir and then install it. When I tried this my printer still would not recognize that I had installed a new ink cartridge. I had to take the catridge many times to tilt it and reinstall it until finally after about the seventh time the printer finally recognized it. A lot of work!

Made with the same standards that we apply to all of our products, these cartridges should provide great quality prints. At times the printing companies will send blockages that prevent third party cartridges from recognizing in their printers. If problems arise like this we would like to override those error messages for you and if we are unsucessful we can replace the problematic cartridges that have been purchased within the one year time frame. We print a few pages every now and then. Our main issue seems to be that ink dries out even when we buy OEM cartridges (Vs using it up). In that context, the LD cartridges are especially a good value and are delivered very promptly. We have been using LD cartridges exclusively for 3 years. Wish all cartridges had better seals!

Brother printers will display a low ink nessage when actually you still have ink. Remove the cartridge and shake it and then replace it. It will go a bit farther, but it's still time to re-order. We have 2 Brother printers and a sewing machine as well....lol
We tend to consume black about 2 times as fast as the color cartridges. I'm glad LD offers compatible black cartridges in quantity as well as bulk packs of compatible Brother ink cartridges. Excellent value and very timely shipping.

Could be an even greater value if cartridge were a bit heavier The printer keeps saying it is empty when there is still 1/8th ink left in it, so I tape a dime to the top. Then it uses the rest of the ink.
