Color cartridge arrived without protective tape and was unusable.
Never had this happen before. Hesitant
to order again.
Black ink was fine except low ink light never went off. Found out that there is a chip in the cartridge which activates the low ink warning and remanufactured cartridge does not have a new chip.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for ordering with us, Gordon. It is normal for these cartridges to read low or empty. Unfortunately, the cartridges have been designed in such a way that the electronic chip cannot be replaced or reset. All of our cartridges are filled to capacity and will print a full yield. In fact, you can continue printing until the prints become light or faded.

If you experience trouble printing or do not feel that you got full use of that cartridge, we are more than happy to offer troubleshooting, replacements, or a refund for any unsatisfactory items purchased within one year. Have to replace way too quickly--did approximately only 50 copies with one cartridge

Thank you for ordering with us here at LD Products. each cartridge has a page yield that is based off of a 5% page coverage. Depending upon what you are printing and how much of the page is taken up with text, will truley determine how many pages you are able to get out of the cartridge. If you are unsatisfied and believe you should have received more pages, please call 888-321-2552 so that we can trouble shoot with you and get you replacements.

I purchased several ink cartridges last time. When I used the black it would not print at all, when I used the color it lasted 3 days and then no color came out. It is a new printer and functions properly. I guess the ink had dried up or was not filled properly. I was very disappointed since they were the only cartridges that I had on hand to print my contracts.

Unfortunately, my Canon that I had a lot of ink jets for from you had problems and had to be sent to Canon (under warranty) to see if can fix it - they gave me a loaner and I had to have ink jets for that so that is why I had to order these. Thanks.

ALL OF THE COLOR & BLACK CARTRIDGES HAVE VERY LIMITED USE IN MY CANON MX320 PRINTER. THE COLOR CARTRIDGE WILL NOT WORK AT ALL---THE ALARM LIGHT COMES ON THE PRINTER AND IT WILL NOT FUNCTION----THE BLACK CARTRIDGE WORKS BUT GETS VERY LITTLE PRODUCTION.
