Installed the ink cartridge and it does not fit properly for some reason. It's the correct cartridge number for the printer but the case is not fitting and I need to return it. I should have listened to the other negative reports that were already listed for this product. This is the first time I've had complete product failure from this company.

These cartridges are recycled original cartridges, so the outer shell of the cartridge is the exact same as the original. If it is the correct cartridge, it should definitely fit into your printer. Used for two weeks and product stopped working. Kept getting message on my computer that ink was low. I used probably five times to print about forty pages.

Please be aware that due to changes in printer programming, the ink levels for this cartridge might appear to be low or empty. However, you should still receive a full page yield and beautiful prints throughout the life of the cartridge. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of prints, you do have a 1 year warranty so please call us at 888-321-2552 so we can get a replacement or a refund issued right away.

We read the other ratings from this site on this product and were hesitant to try as it seemed there were concerns. We have already had to replace the cartridge due to poor quality. Printing multiple pages became a real issue. We have purchased many of the HP Ink cartridges and have had success but the Canon seemed to not be as good as buying a new cartridge.

After changing copy machines and purchasing ink for my previous machine I visited LD for my new machine.
I read the reviews before purchasing the ink for my new model and knew if it was remanufactured that it could say the ink was low even though the cartridge still has useable ink, something very different from my old machine. I did not think though that I would have to continually pull the cartridge out and work with it to get it to produce a few more pages of copy. Alot of work for little savings.

I have used LD's remanufactured cartridges for all the printers I have had. My new Canon does not read the ink levels and I have to consistently remove the cartridge, wait, then replace, then print. LD will replace these cartridges but I never seem to find the time to package and return.

I previously used you products with my Deskjet 810 printer and thought the product was extremely good. I now use A Canon PIXMA MX340 printer. I find that the ink cartridge did not last very long on the LD210 & LD211 cartriges so I will watch this order much closer to determine whether the problem is the cartridge or the printer. Do you have any ideas? I have been very satisfied up to this time with your products.

All of our cartridges are filled up to capacity and weighted before leaving our warehouse. The ink levels may read inaccurately at times but for the most part they will still print beautifully. If you believe a cartridge has cut short on you try the paper towel method. Sometimes the ink will settle inside the cartridge and you may receive faded or poor quality prints. The easiest remedy is to open the box and stand the cartridge upright for a few minutes before using. Then get a damp paper towel (use hot water), fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes. This will help pull the ink out of the print heads, priming them and getting them ready to print. Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times so that you see streaks of ink. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 2-4 times before printing quality is reestablished. If this does not do the trick please call 888-321-2552 so that we may set up some replacements, granted that the items are still under the one year warranty.

You can't beat the price, it would be nice if the cartridge reflected the true ink level. I have gone to print documents only to unexpectedly run out of ink.

This cartridge was not what I expected. In order to use it, I'm told that I have to re-program my printer in order to use the cartridge.

I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our Remanufactured Canon PG210 cartridge. Canon installs a feature in their printers that requires their users to have to go through one extra step in order to use remanufactured cartidges. You do not need to re-program your printer, simply follow this step:
Hold down the STOP/RESUME button for 5 seconds to turn ink level system off in order to continue printing. Printer will go through a start up sequence which may take a few minutes.
If this does not get your cartridge working or if you are still unsatisfied please give our Customer Service Department a call at 888-321-2552 and one of our Representatives will be able to assist you.

Depending upon what you are printing and how much of the page is taken up with text, will truley determine how many pages you are able to get out of the cartridge. Although the ink seems to be printing ok, the printer does not read that it is a full cartridge. It still indicates low ink as it did before replacing. I may have trouble knowing when to replace it when it runs low.
