I have been purchasing ink cartridges from LD Products for many years & rarely have I been disappointed. I use them them primarily for yearly family calendars which use up a lot of ink. The refurbished cartridges hold up very well & print many pages before I have to replace them.

The cartridge would not print red. Customer service had me try to repair it. Had to do the repair twice and it is now working.

I have not had to install a color cartridge yet, but got a warning I was running out of ink so went ahead and ordered a couple. I ordered three black ink cartridges a few weeks ago and when I installed one, my printer would not accept it - it kept coming up on the screen that it wasn't installed. I opened another one and it accepted that one. So I will be sending one back to you.
