Thank you LD for your product and expedited service. Document print was fading into the background and LD ink cartridges came just as I needed to print a 47 page document. Quality is exceptunal; no difference to the original manufacturer's product.

All three C8727AN cartridges failed to work in the HP Office jet 5610 All-in-one printer. Previous C8727 cartidges worked OK.

I put the Remanufactured Hewlett Packard (HP) C8727AN (HP 27 Black) Ink Cartridge in my printer and it does not work well at all. The print is so faded - I can not read what I printed. I have to put in a "real" cartridge to get quality printing. A total waste of money.

It sounds like the printhead on the cartridge may be clogged. Please try the following method to see if we can get the cartridge working :
1. Get a damp paper towel (use hot water), fold it into quarters and sit the cartridge print head down onto it.
2. Hold the cartridge down to the damp paper towel for three minutes.
3. Drag the cartridge across the paper towel a few times then pat dry and reinstall.
4. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 1-2 times before printing quality is reestablished.
If this method does not work, please call us and we should be able to set up a reshipment if your order has been less than a year old.
