Thank you for ordering with us, and we are very sorry that you are having problems with this HP cartridge! It sounds like the ink may have settled to the wrong end of the cartridge during either storage or shipment. Please call us at 888-321-2552 so we may advise you of a very simple troubleshooting technique that should get your cartridge working for you in no time. We do, however, have a full 1 year warranty and we would love to be able to send out replacements for this cartridge if we cannot get it working over the phone.
THE PRODUCT WAS PACKAGED AND LOOKED AS NEW. HOWEVER ,WHEN INSTALLED ,WOULD NOT PUT INK ON PAPER. I DID ALL I COULD WITH THE MACHINE TO ELEVIATE ANY PROBLEM THERE. TAPE WAS REMOVED FROM CARTRIDGE BUT STILL ONLY A SMATTERING OF INK WAS ON PAPER. YOUR PEOPLE WERE GOOD IN SENDING ANOTHER CARTRIDGE AND I RETURNED THE BAD ONE. THE NEW ONE SEEMS TO BE FUCTIONING OK. WE WILL SEE HOW IT PERFORMS AS WE PRINT.HOPEFULLY IT IS ONLY A FAULTLY ITEM AND OTHERS DO NOT FAIL.I HAVE OTHER CARTRIDGES FOR THE PRINTER FROM YOU,BUT AS YET HAVE NOT INSTALLED THEM.
