This did not have a working chip in it. I knew this when I ordered it. I have found a co. that has a working chip . You were good about replacing a cartrage that had a leak. Your service was good.

This time one of the cartridges was defective, but LD replaced it promptly and painlessly. The previous set I had purchased lasted well over six months, while I was buying new HP cartridges nearly every month, so I am very pleased.

Good quality, but there was some leakage of ink during installation. I think the installation instructions were probably not as detailed as they should have been...maybe hold upside down when removing the yellow/orange strip and keep upside down until actually installing

The units I ordered all leaked all over when i tried to install, and then didn't work once I got them in the printer. Really disgusted!!!!

CAN NOT COMENT ON THIS HP LD PRODUCT,HAVE NOT INSTALLED AS OF NOW.I SEE NO REASON IT WILL NOT WORK.IHAVE USED LD PRODUCTS OVER 10 YEARS ON MY CANON S9000.

So far this product is great. I haven't used it too long, so I am curious as to how long they last compared to the HP ink. Other than that, there isn't much difference.

This ink is excellent and the price is great. It's also way better than whatever HP uses. I switched to a cheaper paper, but this ink actually produces better prints than when I had better quality paper and was using HP ink. Go figure! Easy to install too, even if it was messy. :)
And by messy I mean *really* messy. My hands were covered in ink, and it got on the printer, and --thank goodness I was wearing some old pants-- because it got all over those too!
I don't know why, maybe it was from sitting out in the extreme 100+ heat we've been having in Texas, but every single cartridge had ink bubbling up ink *from the top*. Yep, gravity defying ink!
I'm not really upset, since I didn't lose much ink and I thought it was great having such crazy colors on my hands. But people buying these cartridges in hot areas like me should probably let the ink "rest" in cool air for a few hours before installing.

I am so sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with Compatible HP 564XL ink cartridges and I am so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused! We are more than happy to send out replacements free of charge or, if you prefer, we would be more than happy take those cartridges back for a refund.
These cartridges are known to be sensitive at times. When opening them first pull off the pull tab and then turn the cartridge upside down in the palm of your hand and twist off the clip, also, holding the ends of the cartridge instead of the sides when installing them should keep them from leaking out.
Please contact our customer service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set you up with a reshipment or instruct you on how to send these back for a refund should you still wish to do so.

Two of the three boxes were smashed when arrived and on pulling tabs to insert cartridges some ink came out on shirt. Carefully and slowly removed the next two tabs but that did not help ink still was spilled. Installed but have one ruined shirt and dissatisfied. Per husband not worth the savings and agree so will not be purchasing online anymore unless it is the recommended product to use by HP. Only doing the review on one item since it will just be the same type of review for the other two.

I have been buying LD Products for several years and I am very happy with them - Had problems with my new printer (Photomark HP) ink, called them and they asked me to return the defective cartridges (I havent heard back yet from on this subject) but they credited my credit card with full amount(s) I have ALWAYS found LD to be very cooperative and "eager to please" with the few problems I have had with them....
