When I opened this cartridge and removed the plug the ink was leaking all over. I think it was way to full. With a paper towel I sucked up some of the overflow and put it in the printer. It seems to be working ok.

Con: They leak like a sieve. Wear gloves and have towels, rags etc drapeed over anything underneath while installing.
Pro: They work and are a LOT cheaper than the OEM replacement.
Other: No B&W or color means you will HAVE to remove and clean the printhead or buy another one for $33+
LD needs to fix the leaking problem but I doubt they will.

The cartridge worked fine. It needed some instructions to get the plastic stuff off it but none were there. One problem was that this particular cartidge leaked all over my hand. Otherwise it's fine.

The HP564XL is not totally compatable with my C-309n printer.It does not work with the monitoring system.

However, our HP 564XL ink cartridges have a used reset chip, this means it will not track your ink level system when printing. You will need to press the "OK" button on your printer once for each cartridge to allow them to function with your printer. If you experience any trouble with the print quality please give us a call at 888-321-2552 for troubleshooting techniques or if none are available we can set up for a replacement on any cartridge that has been purchased within the past 365 days.

I have a Photosmart premium printer and none of the cartridges would work. Kept getting an alignment failure.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you were having with the printer not recognizing the cartridge. I have included some instructions below which will usually fix recognition problems.
1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-321-2552 and we will be happy to assist you.

I have used LD ink cartridges for 3 years now, and have had only one problem cartridge which they replaced at no charge. Compatability seems to be the big question and on some cartridges, my printer tells me that I have installed a used cartridge. At half the price, I date all cartridges installed, and that lets me know how long it lasts. # of printed copies is usually greater than the OE HP cartridge as I try to buy the larger capacity replacements.

All LD Products ink cartridges that i have ordered have been nothing but top quality for a much more reasonable price. My wife scrapbooks, so the quality of the photos printed are very important. Using good photo paper, you would be hard pressed to be able to tell the difference between what we print and those from a photo service.

Had a problem with my HP 564xl Magenta cartridge. Would not be accepted by printer, and was leaking. CS tried everything, but then told me to discard it and sent me a new one at no charge. What more can you ask!

The ink works fine and the price is right, but the inability to read the amount of ink left is a serious problem. I know HP is proprietary about their own cartridges, but without the chip for ink level these can be a big hassle, wondering when it will run out.
