Upon unwrapping the cartidge ink came out all over. LD replaced it and the second one did the same thing. They obviously have a problem with this type and don't know or don't care.
On the plus side customer service was responsive and in a few days the ink came off my hands.

Good for heavy duty printing of unimportant documents on a budget. I bought two of these cartridges not knowing what results I would get. As another reviewer said--the liquid seemed to be very watery. The results did show a difference when I started printing using high quality HP paper. In normal quality, it seemed a lot of ink was dumped on the paper making it ripple in some areas. The letters are not as dark and crisp (in some cases light) when using normal quality printing. If you use high quality--you're just asking for a lot more ink to be dumped on your paper. I guess if you're just printing papers to put in a binder on a shelf for later reference--I'd recommend it. On the other hand, if you're printing resumes, detailed charts or presentation materials--I'd stick to the original ink.

The reason that I recommended this product, and also rated it poor is as follows: I ordered 3 of the product in order to get the best deal. The first one I opened was leaking, and splattered black ink all over my work area, clothing and hands. The ink seemed very watery. I just hope that it does not leak into my printer. The print quality has been not the best, but acceptable for the purpose and given the price I paid. (I guess you get what you paid for.) If I have any more problems, or if the next one I open is also leaking, I will not reorder and I will be asking for a refund. In summary, until I use this for a while longer I don't know if I would recommend it.

Although my last HP Photosmart accepted the recycled cartridges (most of the time), the newest Photosmart 310 hates them, even though it recognizes that they were HP originals, but refilled. They worked for at most 2 weeks before fading out to nothing. Cleaning worked for 1-2 days. Gave up and reluctantly had to send back my entire previous order of all 5 colors. Will have to order original HPs only from now on.

Got free shipping and 10% off, so the price couldn't be beat. There are a couple of drawbacks though. They do tell you that you have to press ok because your printer will tell you it is used ink because the cartridges have used hp chips, but will let you print with it anyway. Not a huge deal but as they also tell you, your have no "ink gauge" for the LD cartridges. So far I have only tried the regular black 564 ink and the quality is ok, but not as crisp as the Hp ink. It seems like it bleeds into the paper a little more before it dries and that makes it look a little less professional. For everyday printing, where pristine quality isn't required, the ink is a great value, especially considering the amount of ink in the cartridge, but if you want the highest quality, stick with Hp ink.

This is my second cartridge and while the first was perfect, this one will not print on fast draft or normal mode without smearing. It prints fine in best mode.

I have purchased three (3) HP321 black ink cartridges. When I monitored the second cartridge, it printed 650 pages! Pretty nice!
Unfortunately, when I snapped open the third one, black liquid ink ran everywhere, (I lost maybe 150 pages worth) so be sure to open them over the sink, not over the rug! DMD

I can't help but wonder if your shipping department is on 24-7 yet. It should be. Your products are top quality! I'm using your version of the Hewlett Packard 564XL High Yield Black ink cartridge. I get maximum pages from every cartridge. The print quality is excellent and the price is ridiculously low! I just ordered a 564 XL frrom LD which gives me problems. I print a few pages and then it runs out of ink. I remove the cartridge, shake it (is has a lot of ink) and it may work again for a few pages.
I just bought the original HP cartridge, which works fine. I don't know if the LD remanufactured cartridge is to blame or if the printer is programmed not to accept refilled cartridges.

Unfortunately, all printing companies try to disrupt third party cartridges from working properly inside their printers. For the most part all of our cartridges are covered under a one year warranty. The ink levels may read inaccurately at times but will still print beautifully. We have ways to solve these kinds of firmwares, updates, and blockages that the manufacture companies send out to their customers. I have purchased two ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart 7560 and neither printed as much as a dot. Tried cleaning heads multiple times, but nothing. Won't try them again. Good price, if they worked.

Try this, take the cartridges out of the carriage and lay them on some newspaper or paper towel. Take out the carriage by lifting up or down on the grey or black lever towards right side of the carriage. Get a warm to hot damp paper towel and place it in a plastic bowl. Apply the carriage onto the paper towel. Keep applying the carriage to the paper towel until the paper towel becomes clean. If this does not work please call 888-321-2552 and a representative will be able to assist you.

Two problems: (1) My HP printer can't recognize the estimated ink levels left. There is no advance notice of the need to refill. (2) When installing, the ink has a tendency to leak out of the cartridge and onto my hands. Tough to clean off.

The Remanufactured (HP)564XL cartridge seemed to fit and operate properly. However, when the printer is not used for 12 hours, the black ink no longer works. It is necessary to remove and shake the cartridge then run the cleaning cycle first. Just shaking or running the cleaning cycle alone is insufficient. Both must be done. This is very inconvenient.

I am sorry to hear the cartridge stops working for you after letting it sit for a while. After shaking and cleaning them once or twice should be enough to fix this problem. Please give us a call at 888-321-2552 if this problem persist as the cartridge will then need to be replaced.

I had to push down on the cartridge quite hard to get it to click in place and then as soon as I tried to print something it would pop up. The retaining arm having the catch for locking the cartridge in place just wasn’t stiff enough to hold it locked. I solved the problem by sticking some foam rubber (for weather stripping) in the crotch between the cartridge body and the retaining arm. But I would not recommend these for others until this design problem is fixed.

I apologize in regards to the cartridge not clicking into place. Sometimes the tab that hold the cartridge in place can settle into the cartridge wrong. Gently pulling back the tab on the cartridge will actually get it back into place so that you will not have to put anything in between the cartridge and the tab for the cartridge to hold into place.
