The cartridges simply did not work in my Dell printer. The printer did not recognize them.

Print quality extremely poor; not even useful for home use. Sometimes didn't print anything. Sorry, but Dell has somehow prevented aftermarket cartridge use. I'm going back reluctantly to OEM cartridges.
