cartridge and ink excellent. 2 LD labels on cartridges...
(1 on each side of cartridge.. should be 1 on right side only as cartridge is inserted in printer).. sometimes there are three LD labels on one cardridge. excess labels jam printer... i have tried to remove excess labels...that process causes air bubble in cartridge and no color prints....unusable cartridges are discarted...this problem is predominately with yellow ink cartridges in individual boxes... yellow ink in bulk packages appears to be ok

I have an Epson Stylusprinter that takes 5 cartridges and an HP Photoshop printer that takes 6 cartridges. As I do at LOT of printing, it makes sense (money wise) to get the remanufactured products. In over a 100 cartridges, only one problem occured and it was immediately replaced by this vendor. HIghly recommended to get the cartridges in multiple sets ( 3 blacke and 2 each of the color ink - all in one set).

Previously ordered cartridge showed as only 10% remaining as soon as put in use. Contacted LD and they sent a replacement before the first one emptied completely a couple of days later. That cartridge is performing fine since. Thanks for the great service!

I have used many after market ink cartridges over the years trying to save money on ink for my Epson RX 500 printer. Many of these companies are rather well known and you would expect them to do a better job fitting their cartridges to my printer. Many of these cartridges looked like toys and even leaked ink. About a year ago I came acrossed the LD website on the Internet and decided to give them a try. These cartridges look, act and fit like the original Epson equipment, at half the price. When I buy ink from LD now, I order two or three complete sets of cartridges because, not only do I have confidence they will work perfectly on my Epson RX 500 printer, the more ink you order from LD the cheaper it is. My printer holds six cartridges, so I use a lot of ink printing photographs. The printer is just great but the ink is a little expensive but, now with LD inks it is not so costly a problem. If you need to purchase ink for your printer and are worried about the LD ink cartridges not fitting your machine or not working properly, or the inks not being up to standards, don't worry, buy from LD, like I do, with confidence.
