Replacement for Epson T044120 Black Pigment Based Ink Cart purchased and all black/white outputs are generating "broken lettering images" on printout. :-(

I just received ink from you and so far one cartridge does not work and i'm trying to get the colors back ajusted. Not happy

This remanufactured Epson T044120 black ink cartridge may not be printing properly due to the ink not funneling down to the print nozzle of the cartridge. Please cover the print nozzle at the bottom of the cartridge with a paper towel or tape. Then tap the cartridge, print nozzle down on a hard surface about 10-15 times. This will allow the ink to go down into the print nozzle of the ink cartridge resulting a quality print. If this does not work please call us at 1-888-321-2552 so we can troubleshoot or replace the defective item free of charge.
