I have ordered this ink several times and have never had any problems with it. I mostly print 4 x 6 family snapshots and they always look nice. Very satisfied with this product.

We find your inks for our canon 990 as acceptable for everyday printing. High resolution photo printing isn't wonderful at all. My wife dislikes them most of all. She does the photo work. Compared to OEM iks, she rates yours as a one.
I have notice that your inks definitely do not hold up past the one year date. If unused or unopened cartridges get to the exp. date, the quality drops off quickly. So no more large orders for me.. So a three star from me, one from my wife. Overall, two at best.

Color cartridges seem to run out faster than the OEM ones. Black seems to last longer. Go figure. Print quality is great in either case.

Anytime you have any issues please feel free to give our customer service department a call at 888-321-2552 for some troubleshooting. If they can not get the cartridges to work for you a reshipment or a return for a refund can be set up.
