This was my 2nd purchase from LD. Although I like the ink, my color ink purchased this time for my Canon Pixma will print out selectively and mostly in yellow. Not sure what's going on with it.

We are sorry to hear the cartridges are not printing. Sometime the ink can clog up. Usually running a print cleaning on your printer will clear up this problem. If a print cleaning does not work, please give us a call at 888-321-2552 for further troubleshooting. If we can not get it to work a return for a replacement or a refund can be set up.

Every bit as good as the original Canon product (including Ink level chip) at 1/3 the cost which is made even more desirable with the occasional "Free Shipping" opportunities
