Have purchased from this company or its subsidiaries for the past 3 years. We have a Canon printer that eats ink and so we go through a lot. I have priced all the inks online and this is the cheapest and it has the "chip" in it so the printer will tell me when to add ink. What I need now is a better printer!
My only complaint with their products here is that they are much higher on their Lexmark Impact S305 printer. I had to order from a company in Arizona. Yuk! I live in CA.

i use these for my Canon pixma 3600. works well, just as good as the Canon. has a clear housing so I know the ink is really out.

I've been using LD inks for some time now and have never had an issue with the product. I print a lot of pictures without fear of using up my "expensive" ink and I'm very pleased with the results. Why spend $70 or $80 plus on name brand ink cartridges when you can get it for less than half that? Free shipping offers are an incentive too!

This is not my first order. I have been very satisfied with the ink cartridges in the past. I will never go back to stores and pay those crazy prices. Customer service is top notch, they will answer all questions or concerns very professionally and are friendly. What more can you ask for in a company? You can not tell this ink from a brand name, cartridges are shrink wrapped to stay fresh.

I have been using LD ink for years and have yet to have a failure of any kind. Shipping is the fastest I have experienced, I can order in the afternoon and get my ink in the next day's mail. They even sent me prepaid return labels so I can recycle the empties. Price is good, product is excellent, shipping and communication are great. I'm happy.

I can't tell a difference in quality between this and Canon OEM inks, and for about half the price you'd pay. I have bought other brands that were definitely inferior, I am a repeat customer of LD Products now.

I've been using LD inks for some time now in my Canon printer. The included chip is a nice touch and the ink seems to last at least as long as OEM ink at a significant savings. I have had no trouble with nozzle clogging or any issue at all with the ink.

I'm usually at least mildly skeptical of OEM substitute products, but I've been using these Canon generic ink cartridges for a couple of years, and they're completely satisfactory. LD Products customer service is also excellent--very quick shipping. OEM performance, good service, good price--what's not to like?
Search the Internet for LD coupon codes and you'll usually find something to discount 5 or 10% from your order, by the way.

See my comments of cartridge sent to
customer service 4/8/11.

Cartridges can get clogged up sitting on the shelf. We recommend that our customers shake the cartridges before installing them into the printer. This should loosen the ink inside to enable to ink to flow out of the cartridge. If your cartridges are not printing properly we can send you replacements with a return label. Please call 888-321-2552 and a representative will be able to assist you.
