I have successfully used LD Ink cartridges for a number of years. The printer used 5 different cartridges. Shortly after receiving the last shipment, the printer died, so I can't comment on this recent shipment.
Since the replacement printer uses a different cartridge, I will check out their return policy.

The OEM has a light that shows when cartridge is empty; these do not. Printer does not recognize cartridge; says in compatible and will not print. Have used LD before but seem to have high failure rate with these; about 1/2 the cost but frustration is not worth the savings.

You can't beat the deal you get by using ink cartridges from LD Products. I have used dozens of them over a 2-3 year period and printed literally hundreds of photos. Never been disappointed with any of their cartridges. Used them in both HP and Canon printers with equal success.

I especially like the fact that there is a chip in this product so my printer actually shows how much ink is left. On my old printer (HP) it wasn't an option and I just had to wait until the ink ran out and didn't know when that would happen. This works just like the ink cartridges from the printer manufacturer.

I've been using LD inks for some time now in my Canon printer. The included chip is a nice touch and the ink seems to last at least as long as OEM ink at a significant savings. I have had no trouble with nozzle clogging or any issue at all with the ink.

I've been buying these from LD for my Canon for a year or more now and they're great. A fraction of the price of name-brand cartridges and every bit as good. I only wish the stupid printer wouldn't eat so much ink.

These work without a problem in my IP4700. I’ve never had a problem with the printer not being able to read the chip or displaying false ink levels. The number of pages printed per cartridge rivals, if not exceeds, that of OEM cartridges.

All of our products are covered under a one year warranty. Please call 888-321-2552 and a representative will be able to assist you with some trouble shooting techniques and if unsuccessful we can set up replacements with a return label and get the faulty ones at no cost.
