I was hesitant about purchasing off brand cartriges but after spending over $50 for 3 OEM cartridges decided to try these. I have not had any problems with them and they work just as well as the OEM that came with my printer. Doesn't hurt the wallet so bad now when I purchase cartridges.

I am with your company, however, because of your customer service.
I left another online merchant because of what I considered to be poor customer service--their mistake, but unwilling to make adequate accommodations as far as I was concerned. Based on the recommendation of a friend, i purchased a set of LD Products ink tanks for my Canon multifunction printer and must say I could not be happier with the print quality these inks produce. I have a Cannon printer. The Cannon ink cost was getting unexceptable so I started looking around. I live in So. Cal so I was looking for a So. Cal supplier. That is when I found LDProducts. I made a trial order and found the ink to give me the same quality pictures as with Cannon. That was about five years ago. I can't believe how fast they deliver. The other day I sent in an order. The printer does not always recognize the cartridge and has to be shut down and on again for it to work.

This black ink cartridge does not to work in place of the large black ink cartridge. I do not see why one would purchase a replacement when this small black cartridge is out of ink. Perhaps it has some other function that I am not aware of.

I can't tell a difference in quality between this and Canon OEM inks, and for about half the price you'd pay. I have bought other brands that were definitely inferior, I am a repeat customer of LD Products now.
