Installing new LD Ink cartridges did not cure the problem in my Epsom Stylus C80 printer which still passes paper through blank. This is not the fault of LD Ink, but Epsom service refused to offer any further service when I admitted that I used your ink instead of theirs (which costs 3X as much. Any suggestions? Your help would be appreciated. Bill G.

The LD Black Ink purchased on my previous order did not last long. It seemed to evaporate with very little use. I'm giving you another try with my latest order and hoping the ink will be back to previous standards and last a longer time.
