I was quite pleased with the product, service, and delivery. It arrived on time, in good condition, and good working order. A couple little things: 1. It would be good to use a better shipping box or tape it better. I had to use very little effort to open the bottom of the box, so it could've easily fallen out during shipment. 2. There was toner that had leaked out of the cartridge and was all over the inside of the box; be prepared to get dirty.
