I have used L D Products a lot over the years. I have had trouble with different printers over those same years. I always have cartridges left over that I cannot use so I return them back to L D Products. I have had no problems with dealing with L D Products. They reimburse my money on the unused cartridges without question.

I was leary at first when purchasing my first set of cartridges from LD, but after I printed my first few pages, I was astounded at the quality!! The cartridges are not the same in shape or style ad the some I ordered from u a couple pof years agpo. So when I got these I thought they were the wrong ones. In fact I jad some already that were sitting around because I thought they wete wrong. Pleasr alert or flag as being NEW design to produts that change style.

I've had three different printers... LD always is able to supply cartridges for them at about 10-15% of retail brand name prices, never had a problem with their inks. Turn around time for an order is normally 2-3 day from placing order....I recommend them to all my friends

Ii think that the price for three cartridges being reduced to $4.00 each is a great promo. However, I do NOT like the fact that when one of four cartridges run out you have to make that one purchase for the MFC to become operable again. [But this is more Brother's snafu.]
I can also report that I have had two black cartridges start to leak about half way through and I am definately not pleased about that!
However, you get an A plus on shipping time.
