Am a repeat customer of LD products. Use their products in an older laser printer and 3 inkjet printers, one of those is a photo printer. Excellent results, as good as factory originals. No clogging, blotching, lines, etc. Have recommended to many others including family.

I received my order in record time, however the black cartridge ink level indicator immediately registered less than 25% of capacity. But the customer service department speedily replaced the defective cartridge, and everyone lived happily ever after.

I ordered the EPSON-replacment LD inkjet complete ink pack (cartridges). It is the first time I've used these ink packs, other than the Epson brand. So far they are are performing fine and the colors are good. I had a bad cartridge and LD immediately shipped a replacement cartridge to me. Time will tell as I replace more of the original cartridges with the LD's, but so far so good. Thank you LD for keeping my costs down.

One of the Cyan TO 482 was leaking, but contained in the sealed bag. I have used these for a couple of years or so without any problems whatsoever.

Inks I have purchased have consistently matched Epson inks for perfomance, color, etc. PLUS they are much cheaper. Once in a while a cartridge does not function, but customer service always replaces any such cartidges promptly!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and associates!!

One cartridge was leaking, (this was a double order), when I opened the box, called customer service and was immediately shipped a replacement which arrived today.
