We have been using LD ink tanks for at least 3 years and have been consistantly please with the quality, prices, and fast shipping. The manufacture's ink was fine but it was expensive and not always in stock in the store. Other vendors we tried had ink that worked pretty well most of the time, but had some quality control problems. LD has been consistantly spot on.

I have done business with LD for many years. For the most part you get a good product at reasonable costs. Some of the color cartridges are a little weak in intensity and I have only had a problem once with a defective cartridge and it was promptly replaced. Overall very satisfied with company including prompt delivery.

I ordered 3 kits of ink which brought the already low price even lower. Practically showed up at my door when I hung up the phone! I thought the colors wouldn't be as vibrant as Epson's, but they jump off the page, and really resist water. Anybody would be a fool not to buy from this great company.

When I received this product the tabs didn't hold the cartridge in place. I was able to bend the tab so thati t fit securly, after securing help from your support dept.
