Hesitant only because of product quality variances. Service and order processing is good.
We have had on going problems with cartridge quality. Especially cartridges for the Canon MP500. Especially the 2-Black cartridges. Problems from inks leaks, chip not registring, to cartridges not seating correctly in the printhead holder. We have stopped ordering black cartridges and are now only ordering the colored ones.
The same problems do not appear evident in cartridges we purcase for the Canon Pixma IP300!
