I ordered one of these in early January 2011 but didn't happen to install it in the printer until March. As of late January 2012, I'm getting streaks/fading along one side of my prints... just beyond the 365 day return/exchange window. The cartridge has only printed about 750 prints. The printer doesn't show low toner. Switching this one out for a complete used Brother cartridge (and switching toners between drums) immediately eliminates the streaks/fading. After putting this one back in they immediately return. The problem is definitely this cartridge. I don't feel this "compatible" cartridge is cheap enough to justify the apparent short life span when an actual Brother TN-360 can be bought for $45 other places online.

As an income tax preparation firm, we print client copies of forms - and a lot of them. We have never had a problem with these. No streaking or missing lines ever. If we ever did, I would consider it a fluke and contact LD's excellent customer response team.

The price is right, particularly if you order more than one,
and I have had no problem with the toner cartridges, although
one time I had to take one out and shake it to get rid of a white
line across the page. Problem did not recoccur.

I have tried using the TN360 from LD Products since April 2009 and I have had nothing but poor quality. Either half the page is fadded or it leaves the whole page looking dirty with a strange haze to it, or it doesn't work at all. I am done using this product. I have started buying from another company.

I have bought about three dozen toner cartridges for my Brother MFC printers (the TN 350 and TN 360).
To date, I have had two of the refurb cartridges that didn't work. Both had light spots on one side of the page (yes, I know to shake the toner side to side). Both times I was forced to use another toner to keep the printers working.
This last time I called the 888 number to discuss the problem, but the "robo-dial" options didn't really give me a good choice for the complaint. I finally chose Marketing and only got a messeage to leave a message.
I understand the occasional failure and think the cartridges are a bargain.

I have purchased these toner cartridges several times in the past and have never been disappointed!! I would highly recommend these compatable cartridges - they work just as well as the original ones.... but at a much more affordable price. I ordered from other companies before finding this one, and the toner was often grey instead of black when printed on the page. One of the other company's replacement cartridge leaked all over everything! LD Products has always provided me with quality toner at a price I can afford!! Thank you, LD!
