product had no installation instructions in package. Consumer is left to guess how to fit/install in printer. Not very helpful.
Although worked oK initially, now printer has black mark of toner along top edge of printed sheets. Not that much of a problem, but one wonders if there is a leak. Next time, I'll look for another source or pay a the modest increment for the original. However, i am stuck for now unless LD offers a refund including return postage.

I ordered one of these in early January 2011 but didn't happen to install it in the printer until March. As of late January 2012, I'm getting streaks/fading along one side of my prints... just beyond the 365 day return/exchange window. The cartridge has only printed about 750 prints. The printer doesn't show low toner. Switching this one out for a complete used Brother cartridge (and switching toners between drums) immediately eliminates the streaks/fading. After putting this one back in they immediately return. The problem is definitely this cartridge. I don't feel this "compatible" cartridge is cheap enough to justify the apparent short life span when an actual Brother TN-360 can be bought for $45 other places online.
