the printer would not read the ink cartridges. The time before the ink ran out before I could finish cleaning the printhead. Not much ink in them. I finally gave up and bought Kodak ink.

Will not waste my money on Kodak color refills anymore! Have already started spreading the word to my friends who are dissatisfied with their Kodak printer purchases. Great printer, but their refills do not last long, so, in he long run, there is no monetary savings with Kodak! For my money, it is LD!

I accidently stumbled over LD Products while searching on-line for ink cartridges. I was leary about purchasing them because of how inexpensive they were. Much to my surprise I love these ink cartridges they are inexpensive, qualityi is excellent and received in 3 days. Now that's what I call service.

I usually order 12 or more each time I place an order. My only complaint is, in the last batch 2 cartridges had faded color.

The value on these ink cartridges was very good, however the print quality was below average and the colors a bit less brilliant. All in all I would still buy them because print quality is not as important as value to me for home use.

These cartridge should be printing as vibrantly as the new OEM cartridges. I am sorry that you have experienced poor print quality. This technique has worked for many customers. I think it may be worth a try to see if we can get those cartridges printing correctly for you:
1. Remove the problem cartridge from the printer.
2. Cover the nozzle with a paper towel and shake the cartridge for 10-15 seconds.
3. Reinstall into the printer.
4. Once installed, run the print head cleaning cycle. You may have to run this 1-2 times before printing quality is reestablished.
If this method does not work, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set up a reshipment of a replacement on any faulty product that has been purchased within the past 365 days.

My Kodak ESP5 kept giving me a "not accepting this cartridge" message. As instructed online, I replaced 8-10 times and it still didn't work. I called a LD tech and he instructed me on things to do to prompt acceptance. When nothing worked, he suggested another cartridge which worked like a charm. I returned the faulty cartridge for a replacement. The LD staff was superlative.

Thank you for taking the time out to submit your review on this item. We appreciate all of our customers calling in for assistance when problems arise. At times, the printing companies will send updates that may prevent third party cartridges from working. You may recieve error messages like the one you had deiscribed, but for the most part, they will work properly after attempting a hard reset. This simple trouble shooting technique takes no more than 2 minutes to do. First, take out the cartridge that gave you the error message, turn the power off, unplug the machine from the wall or from the back of the printer. Allow it to power down for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds is up, plug the machine back in, turn the power back on, and install the cartridge. Once installed go ahead and print a document. If unsucessful we can replace the problematic cartridge at no cost. Please call 888-321-2552 and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.
