The first time i ordered ink from here, i received the ink really fast in the mail. For some reason, the ink showed it was about out, right after i put it in. So i called customer service and told them about it, they in return said they will get replacement ink out to me and for me to send the ones i just got back at their cost. With a company standing behind their service like that, i felt at ease and ordered black ink from them. i love the color and quality of it and the service and they will always get my business.

We had to be somewhat careful about printing due to the cost of the ink cartridges, but not any more, thanks to this site. The cartridges are VERY reasonably priced, work great, and the shipping time is amazingly quick. LD Products is a wonderful online store that we recommend to everyone.

We ordered a couple of these cartridges for an Epson Stylus NX515, on our order invoice everything looked fine, it was supposed to be compatible. When it got here it didn't work, they didnt send the 9 pin chip that is required for this printer, they sent a cartridge with a wierd looking chip. We are dissapointed this isnt the first time this happens. Now we have to pay for return shipping :(

The printing quality of the remanufactured ink cartridges are just as good as the brand name cartridges and saves me about $8 each. I do alot of printing and can't afford to use the brand name cartridges. Great product, great price and fantastic delivery. Their return policy is 10 times better than anyone else's!!!

I just received my second order from LD.On the first order the black ink cartridge was dry--just a small amount of ink and would not print. The ink i just received a couple days ago--same problem the black ink cartridge dors not print--it only prints in very dull color .I ordered three of the black--tried a second and same problem. I have ordered ink from other sources and never had a problem.I have used refill inks for twenty years and never had this problem.

This remanufactured Epson T068120 ink cartridge may not be printing properly due to the ink not funneling down to the print nozzle of the cartridge. Please cover the print nozzle at the bottom of the cartridge with a paper towel or tape. Then tap the cartridge, print nozzle down on a hard surface about 10-15 times. This will allow the ink to go down into the print nozzle of the ink cartridge, resulting a quality print. If this does not work please call us at 1-888-321-2552 so we can troubleshoot or replace the defective item free of charge.
