I usually run through a cartridge once a month. I ran through two this month. Since the cartridge always reads low I can't tell if it was full. The price was still all right though.

I purchased the PG-40 cartridge for my Cannon MP210 printer. The value received for the money was excellent. I have already ordered some CL-41 cartridges for the same printer. By using volume purchasing and the discounts allowed I was able to get the cartridges for approx $16.00 ea.

I usually have great success ordering replacement cartridges from LD Products but this remanufactured product does not fit my printer. The bottom of the cartridge is taller than it should be, and thus the cartridge does not fit into my printer. :-(

I inserted the two cartridges this morning, one black and one color, and planned to enjoy them as I had the ones I was replacing - but the color ran out after six prints and I am now not able to print any more with my two cartridges that I just purchased from you.

I bought this cartridge to replace the same cartridge I had bought previously from LD. I thought the printer was failing as it would print nothing. I wanted to made sure the printer was at fault. I popped in the new cartridge and the printer printed a perfect page, something it failed to do with the previous cartridge. I therefore I determined the previous cartridge was a COMPLETE FAILURE!

The ink levels will read inaccurately but for the most part these cartridges will print beautifully. Reasons being is because the sensor on the cartridges are unable to be reset to except the proper ink levels. If we fix the sensor to acknowledge the proper ink levels then it is a possibility that the cartridge will not recognizing in your printer. How you can tell when the cartridge needs to be replaced is by the faintness of your prints. I see absolutely no difference between the remanufactured cartridge versus the Canon. It is a waste of money to buy the name brand when the "generic" is absolutely as good. The price difference is significant, and the difference in quality and performance is not. And LD Products gives excellent service.

When I put the remanufactured ink cartridge into the printer, I couldn't get the printer to "work". I called the 1-888 # that was on the web with my confirmation of purchase--(EXCELLENT price & FREE S&H). "Christopher" was very good at instructing me as to what the problem might be & how to resolve it. Cartridge produces perfect prints!

Our Canon Pixma 1800 refused to print with this reconditioned black cartridge. It said it could not verify ink levels. I lost out on this purchase entirely. However, LD Products has been good to me. I did not ask for a refund.

Easy purchase, quick delivery, but after I installed in printer, the cartridge works, but printer still says, "low black ink". Will wait a couple days to see if it adjusts.

The remanufactured HP ink cartridges have a copper sensor that reports the ink level as low once it reaches a certain level. Unfortunately the sensor cannot be reset. If you refill an ink cartridge that previously reported low ink, it will print fine but the sensor will always report low ink. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your cartridge is under full warranty for one year from the purchase date. It will print a full life cycle just like the original. Please give us a call if you experience any issues with the print quality.
