I use my printer every day and go through lots of ink. You cant beat the prices compared to big named office supply stores, plus its delivered, so you save time and money on gas.
The nice touch is the bag they supply with postage paid to mail out your empty cartridges, now that's true recycling.
True the ink levels are inaccurate so what, the printer will not print if the ink is out so what difference dose it make by warning you. Go, pay full price and pay for the ink running out warning notice. Its a no brainier.

I use this in my Canon MX310 office printer. I am pleased with the quality of output, price, and customer service from LD. I use LD products exclusively in my assortment of inkjet and laser printers at home and office and have not had a single problem to date over the past 3 years. Customer service and delivery speed is excellent. If only they could reset the "chips" inside the cartridges to get the ink monitor to work correctly.

Cartridge works but the ink level low warning doesn't clear after cartridge is replaced

Hello Edward,
When purchasing remanufactured cartridges it is very common to get a "low" or "empty" error message because these cartridges have already been through one cycle of service. Unfortunately, we are unable to reset the electronic chip to allow accurate ink level monitoring.
To turn off the ink level monitoring on your printer:
Hold down the STOP/RESUME button for 5 seconds to turn ink level system off. Printer will go through a start up sequence which may take a few minutes.
If you happen to experience trouble getting your cartridges to print, please call us at 888-321-2552 M-F 7am-6pm PST or S 8am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to provide troubleshooting techniques or if none are available, set up a reshipment to replace any problematic cartridges within our one year warranty.

Questionable. Someone tell me why Canon printer does not recognize remanuf. Had trouble getting it to work. Then color is not as vivid as OEM. Less expensive but has drawbacks.

The cartridge leaked when taken from the envelope. My telephone complaint was, however, promptly answered and a replacement arrived in a couple days.

Product went in eaisly, and works well but this is only 5 days since I installed them. The difficulty is in the computer not recognizing the cartriges and I have to get used to seeing the empty sign, but I will get over that if it keeps on printing
