The High-Quality Remanufactured Canon CL41 / CL41 Color Inkjet Cartridge is an OEM Canon CL41 that has been professionally remanufactured after one cycle of service. The CL41 has been disassembled, fully inspected for any problem areas such as possible leakage, thoroughly cleaned including printhead nozzles, and all worn components have been replaced. A fresh supply of ink has been added before resealing, and then the CL-41 underwent a process which is then tested making the CL41 as equivalent in performance, print quality and page yield as it was brand new.

Fast processing & shipping. No issues - printed fine first try. As stated in product info, printer shows low ink level. Only question. Why doesn't LD give information on fill level. Prices are less expensive than other websites, but they give fill quantity. Really can't compare, so only time will tell.

I just bought this CL41 and now I am almost out of ink already. What?????

Dear Ronald,
I am so very sorry for any trouble this may have caused but our Remanufactured Canon CL41 are not going to show the correct ink levels. When purchasing remanufactured cartridges it is very common to get a "low" or "empty" error message because these cartridges have already been through one cycle of service.
Canon has designed the printer so it will not print with cartridges reading low or empty. You will need to press and hold down the Stop/Reset button (looks like an upside down triangle in a circle) for 10 seconds if an error message regarding the ink being empty appears and the printer refuses to print. This will only need to be done once when a new remanufactured cartridge is installed.
If this does not get the cartridge to print for you then please do not hesitate to contact our knowledgeable Customer Service Team at 1-888-321-2552 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and one of our representatives will be glad to be of further assistance.

As the directions noted when the print que came up it did notate that ink was low. After a few printings it adjusted to a level not a full leve, but I am sure it will readjust as I use it. I think it is a great product. Thank you for contacting me. I will purchase ink from LD Products again.

I purchased a few CL-41's and the product did not work in my printer. I tried all of the recomendations from the company and still no luck. Product does not work in my printer.

If our troubleshooting does not work we have a one year guarantee for either a replacement or a refund for the product. Sometimes we do have product that does not work but we are more than happy to issue a replacement for that product.
