Photo's would not print with new ink after I put in mfg ink they printed fine.

We apologize for the trouble you had with our Remanufactured Epson T069 yellow ink cartridge. This troubleshooting technique has worked for many customers. If you are interested, I think it may be worth a try.
1. with the cartridge out of the machine tap it, nozzle down, on a piece of scrap paper placed on a hard surface
2. tap it firmly about five-six times
3. reinstall the cartridge & run the printhead cleaning 1-2 times to re-establish print quality
This should get ink to flow correctly and should remove any air bubbles that may interfere with the cartridge's function. If this troubleshooting technique does not work for you, please contact our customer service team at 800-871-9095 M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST and a customer service representative will be happy to set up a reshipment or instruct you on how to return any items within our one year warranty for a refund.

Great price for this ink cartridge but not worth the trouble. Installed cartridge and the printer doesn't recognize it. I finally had to call customer service to get a replacement. I am going back to the name brand cartridges.

I've been using inks from LD for at least five years and find them reliable and of good value. My printers (3) have all been EPSONS. I also have a KODAK, which features inexpensive ink, but uses it fast. When will LD make ink for that one?

For the price you get what you pay for the inks don't last long and you may have problems with the printer that it's a bit of a hassle but for the price it's ok i guess.

These are originally epson ink cartridges
and if you buy in quantity, you get a
price reduction and free shipping. They seem to work just fine as the new OEM's.
I am very satisfied and have used LD cartriges in my old printers for about 10
years or so and I can say I never received a dud.

The printer won't work if one of the cartridges is not recognized. One of the LD Products cartridges was not recognized so the printer would not work. Based on what happened with two other cartridges from LD Products, this one is no good either.

I print almost all of my own greeting cards and address labels with various designs on them. The cost of Epson brand color cartridges is too high and I wouldn't be able to bring everything I do if I bought them. I liked your original compatible cartridges better. You should sell T068420 compatibles for a better value.
The remanufactured cartridges seem to become unrecognized before they are empty. This is a problem. As cheap as they are compared to OEM if I can not use the entire cartridge, its value is diminished.

Replaced my Yellow cartridge Epson with a LD Product Yellow cartridge and I could not get it to print yellow. I use the maintenance utilities for my printer to clean and charge the cartridge but it never worked. Had to go to Staples and buy a Epson cartridge and it worked right out of the package.
How ever, the Cyan and the Magenta Ink jet Cartridges did work with no problems.
