I purchase epson remanufacture ink for the quality and price. at times, a few will not reconize no matter what i do, even with help from ld. i know that i can return them for replacement but at cost of shipping i discard them. but i'm satisfied. thanks.

At times, the printing companies will send updates, firmwares, or blockages that prevent third party cartridges from working properly. If you have received error messages we encourage our customers to call us at 888-321-2552 so that we may trouble shoot the issue. If unsuccessful we can send you the replacements with a return label to get back the faulty cartridges at no cost to you.

1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-321-2552 and we will be happy to assist you.

This is the third time I've purchased ink cartridges from this company and each time I get an ink cartridge that my computer doesn't recognize. It's not worth the frustration for the amount of money I would save.

We have always had good luck with LD products until our last order which inclued the Magenta. Our printer, (Epson NX 410) has always been compatable with your remanufactured replacement cartridges until now. We orded 4(Black, Yellow, Cyan and Magenta). The others worked fine but our printer rejected the Magenta. I don't know if we will reorder from LD.

cant beat the value however my printer isnt recognizing the cartridge! but did 2 other cartridges just fine so that is a bit frustrating but on another positive note I contacted cust service and they are instantly sending me a new one with a return label!

I like to use my printer without having to worry about the cost or quality of ink. Brand-name cartridges can be expensive. Some remanufactured ink cartridges don't work in my printer, but I've never had a problem with LD Products. The ink is high quality, the service is reliable, and the cost is reasonable.

I liked your original compatible cartridges better. You should sell T0683 compatibles for a better value.
The remanufactured cartridges seem to become unrecognized before they are empty. This is a problem. As cheap as they are compared to OEM if I can not use the entire cartridge, its value is diminished.

2 magenta carts from another popular ink co. kept clogging the print head on my Epson Work Force Even though it cost a few cents more, I ordered some LD carts (that came in 72 hrs !) and it's been working as good as OEM carts ever since. BB

More than satisfactory, economical, though seems not as bright red as OEM ink. Other colors and black work well. I teach beginning computer use to low-income seniors, and have recommended LD inks to all of them who have their own equipment

The Epson remanufactured inks were unsatisfactory in my Epson Workforce4 600 printer. Your OEM cartridges work very well. Conclusion- buy OEM cartridges.
