I have used these remanufactured cartridges for some time now.
Probably 2 or 3 years.I have Epson Printers and I have only experienced one problem with LD Ink. One cartridge worked only half-way thru it and then quit working. I didn't send it back or try for a refund because at half of the cost, it wasn't worth it. But these cartridges continue to work well for me and I will continue with them.

Sometimes i works andsometimes it doesn't. The printer will say that it doesn't 'recognize' the cartridge.

Thank you for ordering with us! We are very sorry for the problem you have encountered with our products. Listed below are a few troubleshooting techniques that would allow the cartridges to recognize. First, remove the problem cartridge and turn the printer off. Secondly, let it sit empty and unplugged for about 20 seconds. Then, with the cartridge out of the machine tap it, nozzle down, on a piece of scrap paper placed on a hard surface. Tap it firmly about five-six times. Take a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe the green gold colored connection area on the cartridge to ensure a clean connection. Lastly, turn the machine on and reinstall the cartridge. If the troubleshooting does not allow the cartridge to recognize to work, please contact our customer service department at 888-321-2552, M-F 6am-6pm PST or S 7am-4pm PST.

LD Products sells refurbished Epson ink cartridges for less than half the cost of a brand new one, I think there's more ink inside too! I keep coming back, because I haven't found anyone who can beat the price and the fast delivery.

company I used quit and recommended you I thought I should at least try a couple others that were closer to my location. After all - ink is ink Right??

the cartridge was not recognized by the printer. no amount of cleaning the contacts enabled the cartridge.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you were having with the printer not recognizing the cartridge. I have included some instructions below which will usually fix recognition problems.
1. Please remove all the cartridges from your printer
2. Turn off your printer
3. Unplug the printer from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for about 3 minutes.
4. After the 3 minute wait, plug it back in and turn it back on and reinstall the cartridges.
If you still have problems please give us a call at 888-321-2552 and we will be happy to assist you.

The Cyan that arrived was gone before I knew it! All cartridges were changed at the same time (all from LD) and the Cyan stopped working on the second day. I've never had an issue like this and I didn't place a complain because it's too cheap... but it was frustrating.

We ordered a couple of these cyan color catridges, two of them seem to be OK, but the third one doesnt come with the 9 pin chip again. I dont even want to try to open this up and waste more money, now I have to ship this back with some other wrong cartridges that were shipped!

Had a problem in the past with your Epson replacement cartriges. Talked to your customer service and they replaced them with no hastle, however, I got a couple more that did not function properly, and had to buy local factory cartriges as I needed the printer. Just tried your re-manufactured cartriges, and so far, they are fine. Hope this continues. Thanks.

Good Cartridges so far. However I echo another user that they don't seem to pass on the information about how much ink is left to my printer. It's not a deal killer for the price but it is annoying when I print to wonder if I will run out 1/2 thru.

So far, the product delivers what it promises. Unlike some other distribution companies, this company follows through on its product and service. excellent delivery time and great quality. The only issue I have with the ink is that once I put the ink in my printer, I had to turn my printer off and unplug it and turn it back on before the printer recongnized the ink cartridge. Other than that the ink works very well.
