I just received my order of ink cartridges for my two printers, Epson CX-4800 and Epson WorkForce 610. One black cartridge had leaked in the plastic packet. I called LD Products and they shipped me a new cartridge immediately - I called on Friday and received it Monday from CA to FL. Great service! Anytime I have had problems with any of my cartridges they have offered solutions or if not successful, have replaced the defective cartridge. I will continue to do business with LD Products.

I have used the re-manufactured cartridges for many years.
I would recommend them to anyone. One note - you might want to buy a couple extras to have on hand. Every once in awhile my printer(s) fail to recognize the cartridge. For the price compared to OEM I can accept a 1 out of 15 or so such failures.

I have Epson NX300 and when I put in the color cartridges the printer either does not accept the Remanufactured Replacement Cartridge's or after a short time of use the color cartridges just stop working. The only thing to do is keep replacing the color cartridges. ONLY the Black replacement cartridge works every time.

I have been using LD remanufactured cartridges for several years. Once had a problem and they troubleshot the problem over the phone. Since I had to use an extra cartridge, they replaced it, sending it out next day. I tell all my friends and give them the website. Great quality and save so much money!

I have been very happy w/ this product. I have also ordered the colored ink refills too. The printing is clear and crisp. I did have a problem w/ a couple of cartridges. I called and I got a replacement. No hassel, No problem. (of course I called w/in the alotted timeframe from time of purchase). Overall, very satisfied w/ the product and cost.

I purchased LD ink a while back and was very happy with it. When I went to purchase it again I found a sale on ebay advertising LD products. When I received it it was another brand. Almost immediately I began to have problems with the printer. I purchased ink directly from LD products. When I put it in the printer it started working properly again. I'm sold thats for sure.

I have checked all over and this is the best deal on ink. Also you receive the order very fast. I am a 91 year old and use my printer every day to print out articles from my email so that my husband (90 year old) can read them and I use about one cartridge every three weeks. I am very satisfied.

I have been using these ink cartridges for more than a year without problem. My last order was a bit different. Now they put additional stickers on the cartridges. At first I thought that was why they did not fit. I peeled them off but some of my cartridges still did not fit. If this happens again, I will not purchase from this site.
