The drum works fine and it is compatible with the TN350 toner cartridges I've gotten in the past. My only complaint is that the new drum does not have the blue toner eject tab that the factory drum had, and there is no place on the new drum to install it. However, I am very pleased with the performance.

The printer didn't accept it. i got a constant "THe drum has dust on it" message. I ended up having to reinsert the old drum. What is the point of selling a product that doesn't work?

Thank you for taking the time to review our Compatible DR350 Drum unit. I apologize for the trouble you have experinced with our product.
Sometimes a little extra toner can stick to the drum. I can instruct you on how to clear that up. On the top, or back of the drum there is a corona wire that runs across the cartridge. Connected to it is a small tab which is blue. Run the tab left to right, back and forth, about 10 times. This will clean the corona wire. Next, wipe the film that is on the drum with a static-free cloth (coffee filter works great). Turn the gears on the side to move the film. You can usually see the spots on the film. This will also clean off any excess toner that has stuck to the drum.

I installed the drum, and the machine printed one paper and then stopped working, the "replace drum soon" sign came back on, and the printer stopped working. There are no instructions for installing enclosed with cartridge. You just have to figure it out.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We were not happy to learn of your dissatisfaction; in which a customer service representative will be able to provide you with a resetting method so you printer will reset the page count on your compatible DR350 drum unit. If unsuccessful, we can replace the compatible DR350 drum unit free of charge with a pre paid shipping label for the defective compatible DR350 drum unit.

This may not be your problem but my Brother DCP7020 laser printer gave me a "change drum soon" message the other week. So I ordered a new drum from LD Products. I installed it correctly but still get the same "change drum soon" message. Any thoughts on this?
